Chein tin toy cake dish cymbal Elephant 1950s era kitchen collectible wood base

I am listing a wonderful tin toy that is red with the picture of an elephant on it.  Trunk up for luck, nice blue hat and collar.  Cut toy footed cake plate, that came with some other toy metal cake pans in the group.  So I'm quite sure this was played with as a cake stand or plate.  I have never seen this item before, and cannot find a marking, but sure looks like Chein to me.  That would be a Japan product. Ohio Art would be a possibility as the top I have listed has a wood hand about the same size and color, that you turn to wind up the top... This would nicely hold a cupcake size item for a child's tea party or birthday party.  .... It has occurred to me that this could be half of a set of cymbals,,,, but cannot find any in my search areas.  I cannot find a footed cake plate either.  This is appox 4 1/4 inch across the top and the wood stand is just a bit over an inch tall with the plate then added on top.  A  nice rare item for the tin litho toy collector, or for someone to use at a child's part.  Even cute as a republican collection of Elephant items.  Can be used to hold rings or trinkets on a desk or counter also.  This has some missing paint and scratching as played with toys tend to have and is slightly dented by the elephant feet and the paint on the bottom is slightly rough with a bit of rust on the edge of the curve of the plate.  Look at pictures carefully to see condition.   First Class Shipping, continental USA only.  Free shipping.
