    Years & years retired, this Dept 56 raised cake plate remains unused and in complete,
    original
    condition--way charming, fun, and dangly!  Sparkles just as it did upon release in  2002, with a crystalline theme--each of the HAPPY BIRTHDAY letters dangle from the raised plate's fluted edges.  Each appears like a colorful dangling crystal drop -- "Happy Birthday" letters encircle  the plate.  Single base of molded colorful ice cream cones in different colors raises this plate for attention.  Cake plate is smooth, glossy white porcelain, 11" display area, EXCELLENT for a baker's presentation.  Approx 8"h
    Condition is unused, new, original.  No utensil marks, cloud white cake surface is glossy and perfect for display.  All letters hang evenly from circle rings--color is wonderful  with its icy, textured look.  Please see all photos.
